About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling technology services firm in India, we empower SMBs and enterprises with intelligent sales acceleration tools and cloud-based customer engagement platforms. Our teams work hands-on with clients to drive revenue, onboard new markets, and scale outreach—creating high-impact roles for driven freshers ready to launch their sales careers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn outreach aligned to defined buyer personas.


• Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and position Mindtel’s solutions effectively.


• Coordinate demo scheduling and handoff to senior sales executives for closing.


• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce) with call notes, deal stages, and next steps.


• Participate in daily sales huddles, weekly pipeline reviews, and monthly KPI reporting.


• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and improve lead-to-close conversion rates.
