Position: Behavioural & Leadership Skills TrainerLocation: Bangalore, IndiaReport to: Lead L& DFulltime/ Part time: Fulltime, Work from officeBehavioural Skills Trainer will be predominantly responsible for training entry level, new managers and mid-senior managers on behavioural, team management and leadership skillsFunctional skills required:· Should have experience in training entry level, new managers and mid-senior managers on behavioural, team management and leadership skills· Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executives· Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executives· Expertise in conducting stakeholder conversations for need identification and analysis of the sameTraining Design:· Hands on with Training content design that takes in to consideration the Adult Learning principles. Knowledge on Instructional Design is a plusTraining Delivery & Management:· Confident on training delivery on leadership and behavioural topics to suit the needs of the organisation and audience· Expertise in conducting engaging in-person and virtual trainings with ice-breakers, activities, online engagement tools and other modalities for learning retention.· Expertise in conducting stakeholder conversations for need identification and analysis of the same· Demonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executives· Develop collaterals for each module such as quizzes, assessments, reading materials, case studies, exercises, and activities.Training operations:· Be responsible for the end to end operations of training programs including invitations, posters, attendance, pre and post engagement, feedback· Be responsible for managing all data related to the trainings conducted.· All other operations required to be handled for the team· Ensure adherence to monthly training calendar.Other Skills :· Research oriented and learning mindset· Good at public speaking· Excellent written communication skills· Internal communication design· Hands on with data and good at Excel and has an analytical approach· Good at creating PPT decks and presentation skills· Experience on Adobe Captivate or other authoring tools is a plusAttitude· Is able to work is a dynamic environment and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.· Motivated and Driven to make an impact through training· High on ownership and responsibility· Has a problem solving bent of mind· Passionate about the area of work· Willing to go the extra mileQualification – Graduation / Post graduation in HRExperience 7-13 YearsFull-time or Part time Full TimeTravel – No
