Role Summary
The Belgaum Head will be responsible for supporting and driving the growth of the Belgaum office across operations, project delivery, people management, customer success, process improvement, and organizational development.
The role requires a hands -on leader who enjoys solving problems, building teams, improving processes, and taking ownership of outcomes.
You will work closely with the Founder to help scale the organization while creating a high -performance and growth -oriented culture.
Responsibilities (End -to -End)
Operations Management
- Manage daily operations of the Belgaum office.
- Ensure smooth functioning of teams and office infrastructure.
- Monitor productivity and operational performance.
- Establish and improve business processes.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Coordinate project delivery teams.
- Track project status, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure high -quality delivery standards.
- Improve project visibility and accountability.
Team Leadership
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Mentor team members and future leaders.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Build a positive and accountable work culture.
- Improve employee engagement and retention.
Business Growth Support
- Support execution of company growth initiatives.
- Participate in planning and strategic discussions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience
- 5 –7 years of experience in IT services, software development, ERP, CRM, consulting, managed services, or operations.
- Experience managing teams or projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
