Benefits Manager

You will manage benefits delivery / administration, supplier performance, compliance processes, stakeholder relationships, and a team supporting regional benefit programs.

In this role, you will improve employee experience and operational efficiency, execute benefit and policy changes, oversee complex escalations, and support regional priorities, acquisitions, divestitures, and program transitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing benefits delivery team and foster an inclusive culture
• Manage day-to-day administration of retirement, health, and risk programs in accordance with plan rules, company policy, service standards, and applicable regulations
• Partner with Total Rewards, HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement, trustees, carriers, and suppliers to resolve issues and implement benefit changes
• Manage suppliers and carriers, monitor service levels, lead operational reviews, and drive continuous improvement using customer feedback and delivery analytics. Manage vendor performance and drive KPI and SLA adherence
• Lead benefits projects, including renewals, vendor or system changes, program standardization, acquisitions, divestitures, communications, testing, and implementation
• Manage audits and statutory reporting deliverables
• Drive and deliver on technical enhancement and transformation working in partnership with cross functional teams
• Lead stakeholder engagement and drive change management

  YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of benefits plan administration or comparable experience, including substantial supplier management experience
• Strong knowledge of Asia Pacific benefits administration, regulatory requirements, and retirement, health, and risk programs
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to present clear recommendations to senior leaders

• Experience working in a global, diverse organization and managing regional stakeholders, suppliers, carriers, or trustees
• Experience leveraging HR technology, customer feedback, and analytics to improve employee experience and service delivery
• Strong financial acumen, analytical capability, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to lead through ambiguity and change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and AI Tools such as Copilot; benefits or international benefits certification is a plus
