BFSI Recruiter

Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:

§ Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri /Monster/ Shine and LinkedIn

§ Screening candidates' resumes as per job requirements and contacting relevant candidates

§ Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications

§ Coordinating with recruitment agencies for candidates

Key Skills/Abilities:

§ Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

§ Direct Recruitment abilities in Agri Business, B2B or B2C Ecommerce (Apparel) or BFSI

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
