Roles & Responsibilities :



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP IT Module Owner to join our Agile team. The Module Owner is empowered to act as an entrepreneur with respect to the assigned module/process area (LE).

Expectations:

• Provides in depth expertise for SAP LE/WM (SAP Logistics Execution / Warehouse Management)

• Proper requirement elicitation (e.g. feasibility clarity, testability, traceability, acceptance criteria …) Composing and structuring of requirements.

• Ensures matching of IT requirements with business requirements in alignment with Process Delegates and IT architects.

• Negotiation with internal & external customers. Evaluation of customer requirements (incl. acquisition support).

• Collaborates and works in alignment with the business teams towards the customer e.g. GE (operating unit) & Shared Service to achieve consistency and transparency.

• Lead and facilitate Increment (PI) planning sessions (within SAFe Scrum/Agile Release Train - ART context) to define and commit to Team

• Triggers/controls all IT developments and programming in SAP UBK-RM

• Supports the project related trainings and coaching of the MO team members regarding development methods

• Participation in Projects Rollout consulting for SAP R/3 and other affiliated projects, as necessary

• Coordinate Knowledge transfer (e.g. 2nd level support)

• Participates in regular UBK-RM meetings representing SAP LE/WM module

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as SAP LE/WM consultant.

• Requirements Management: Managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Influencing stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit.

   

• Demand Management: Analysing and proactively managing business demand for the developments /projects or modifications to existing service features or volumes.

• Governance: Defining and operating a framework for making decisions, managing stakeholder relationships, and identifying legitimate authority.

• Has excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

• Has good team handling skills
