This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our monitoring ecosystem, with a focus on event lifecycle management, platform administration, and architectural enhancements across BHOM environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEvent Management\n\n * Monitor, triage, and manage events generated across BHOM platforms.\n * Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical alerts.\n * Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to fine-tune event thresholds and reduce noise.\n * Maintain event correlation rules and suppression logic to optimize alerting.\n\n\n\nAdministration\n\n * Perform day-to-day administration of BHOM tools and integrations (e.g., OpsRamp, Zabbix, ServiceNow).\n * Manage user access, roles, and permissions across monitoring platforms.\n * Maintain configuration baselines and ensure compliance with operational standards.\n * Support onboarding of new devices and services into the BHOM ecosystem.\n\n\n\nArchitecture Support\n\n * Assist in designing scalable and resilient BHOM architecture aligned with enterprise monitoring strategy.\n * Evaluate and implement enhancements to improve performance and coverage.\n * Participate in tool upgrades, patching, and integration efforts.\n * Document architectural changes and maintain system diagrams and runbooks.\n\n\n\nRequired Skills \u0026 Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.\n * 3\u20135 years of experience in IT operations, monitoring, or infrastructure support.\n * Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as OpsRamp, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar.\n * Familiarity with event correlation, alert routing, and incident management workflows.\n * Strong understanding of infrastructure components (Linux, Windows, Network, Cloud).\n * Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow is a plus.\n * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Certifications in ITIL, Monitoring Tools, or Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure).\n * Experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).\n * Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks and monitoring strategy design.\n\n\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
