BI Analyst- Cognos

Design and develop BI solution including reports, visualizations, cubes, and metadata models using Cognos Analytics. Develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports from discovery through deployment Design and Develop dashboards and drill-through reports using Cognos Troubleshoot and provide recommend solutions for optimized design techniques to build dashboards and reports using Cognos 12, Cognos Framework Manager, Unix Script/ Cognos SDK Analyze and refine business requirements to translate them into detail design specifications and build analytical reports and dashboards. Develop complex SQL Programs and database procedures using PL/SQL, and database queries using relevant tools Automate report schedules using UNIX and Shell Script. Ability to support Adhoc Requests Ability to communicate effectively to department teams, cross-functional partners, and upper management
