As a BI Reporting- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, overseeing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to provide exceptional client support. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the strategic management of service delivery.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to solve problems.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your project management and technology skills to deliver high-quality services. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services, contributing to the overall strategy and success of our clients.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance client operations and efficiency
- Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running services, confirming seamless execution
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee programs, commercials, and performance metrics
- Implementing workflow automation and digital transformation strategies to streamline operations
- Analyzing complex data to inform insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs
- Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of business contexts
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Troubleshooting performance issues and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align managed services with broader organizational strategies

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
