BIA - OIC - Principal Consultant (Senior Integration Architect) 8 - 10 years

Technical

Contribute to the end-to-end development of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, including active involvement in solution design activities, configuration, and implementation – ensuring that the solutions are fit for purpose.

Working as part of a team of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers

Development and technical support of Oracle ERP/HCM integrations, extentions and reports; including making REST and SOAP calls, FBDI File Uploads, BIPublisher reports, analysis and OTBI Reports.

Perform integrations between Oracle Cloud and 3rd party applications both inbound and outbound

Write technical specifications, based on functional design discussions or documentation.

Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc in the solution

Experience working with OIC adapters, usage of REST, SOA adapters, and usage of orchestration integration patterns

Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, having a good command over English language to be able to interact with customers to solicit requirements.

Good experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL languages

A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP

Understand API – REST and SOAP

Familiar with API testing tools.

Understanding and Knowledge of JSON, XML, Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width) and various protocols like SFTP, HTTP etc.

Preferable

Understanding of Data Conversion activities in an ERP Implementation Project 

Understanding of one Oracle functional flow - Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Forecast to Plan. 

Working knowledge of Visual Basic Cloud Service. 

Conversant with Oracle AI and agentic features.

Drive and document business requirements and procedures, obtain sign off to ensure Client alignment of proposed solution

Provide inputs to the assigned Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan developed and buy-in from key client stakeholders.

Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution

Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs

Seek opportunities to streamline and optimize internal and external processes

Capability to leverage AI features from Oracle and generic AI tools for project tasks.
