Job Overview:

Looking for a Bid Manager with 4+ years of experience in the healthcare sector specifically ambulance service providers or pharmacies. Someone who is willing to work from the office and can start immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Development: Oversee the entire proposal process, including planning, research, writing, editing, and submission. Ensure proposals are compliant, competitive and reflective of our organization's strengths. 
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, finance, legal, and other departments to gather necessary information and approvals.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand government needs and align our offerings accordingly. Stay updated with changes in federal procurement regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Review all proposal sections for consistency and compliance with solicitation requirements. Ensure all proposals meet high-quality standards before submission.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient proposal submissions.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze feedback from unsuccessful proposals to improve future submissions.

Qualities:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Sound understanding of RFP/Tender structure
  • Extensive experience & understanding of the bid management process 
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to identify potential leads

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Immediate Joiner or Official Notice Period or Last working day of less than 30 days 
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the healthcare sector specifically ambulance service providers or pharmacies
  • Willing to work from the office 6 days a week
  • Willing to work in a startup
