PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
Should be able to bid manage the proposals (Proactive/RFX)
Should be able to manage client visits and meetings and ensure they are seamlessly managed
Be responsible for the preparing the solution for the proactive or RFP/RFIs
Be part of the solution defence
Interacting with different teams in the ecosystem and be able to work as a team
Work very closely with the sales team to satisfy the requirements
Work on the research activity during the year for various GTM initiatives, Strat plans etc.
Creation of the commercial constructs
Identify means to optimise the commercial constructs to make the deal more financially viable
Be willing to take on additional responsbilty and be able to work under pressure of managing mutiple deals at one time
Participate in the YoY strategy for the unit basis the research and the market intel and propose areas of focus for the year
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Prefer to have atleast one domain expertise from the various streams in BFS i.e., Capital markets, Consumer banking, FCC, KYC, AML, Cards, Deposits etc.
Should have experience working in Presales teams in their previous roles
People management is not mandatory.
Communication (written and oral) must be be extremely well and is mandatory
Should have handled the client facing roles in the past and should be able to speak confidently in front of the client
Stakeholder management (Internal and external)
Problem solving ability and be able to relate the different elements in the chain
Ability to visualise the solution and be able to articulate and customise as per the requirement
Be able to research the latest market delevopments and advise of means to improve the pitch
Graduation is Mandatory
Should be able to work long hours and across the GEOs
