Billing Engineer - MEP (Core)

You’ll be responsible for:

• Support cost planning, estimating and feasibility studies to inform project delivery.
• Assist procurement activities, including tendering, contract selection and documentation.
• Administer valuations, variations, warranties, bonds and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project costs, reporting and financial performance throughout delivery.
• Contribute to final accounts, completion certifications and defect close-out processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, support team development, and champion net zero carbon outcomes.

You’ll need to have:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related discipline; working towards professional accreditation.
• Knowledge of cost planning, estimating, contract administration and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills with digital proficiency.
• Understanding of sustainability, social value, carbon reduction and industry best practice.
