The Role

We’re hiring a Billing Specialist to manage the end-to-end billing cycle—owning timelines, quality, and clean handoffs to receivables. You’ll work closely with operations and finance to ensure billing is accurate, complete, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the billing cycle and uphold quality standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams/partners to ensure complete billing inputs.
• Prepare professional invoices and maintain organized, audit-ready records.
• Provide clear status updates and resolve routine billing questions.
• Support receivables with correct backup and summary reporting.
• Review incoming paperwork for fairness and consistency; flag discrepancies or unusual entries for clarification.
• Perform basic data integrity checks to ensure information is accurate, true, and unaltered; escalate concerns appropriately.
• Suggest simple improvements to templates, file structure, and workflow.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business/Commerce/Accounting/Operations or related).
• Experience: 2+ years in billing/operations/finance for US or global clients (logistics/construction/BPO preferred).
• Skills: Very strong English (calls & email), solid Excel/Google Sheets, high attention to detail, strong organization, dependable with deadlines, professional communication.
