BIM Architect

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented BIM Architect to develop intelligent 3D building models, coordinate multidisciplinary projects, and support design and construction teams using Building Information Modeling (BIM).

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Autodesk Revit, BIM coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, and BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and manage BIM models for architectural projects

✔ Prepare architectural drawings, construction documentation, and detailed BIM models

✔ Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and project teams

✔ Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks

✔ Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project specifications, and quality requirements

✔ Create BIM families, templates, and project libraries

✔ Review design changes and update BIM models accordingly

✔ Support project execution through accurate 3D modeling and documentation

✔ Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors

✔ Ensure timely project delivery with high-quality BIM outputs
