BIM Coordinator - ACS

Key Responsibilities:

1. Model Development: Create and manage detailed BIM models (e.g., Revit) while integrating design data in collaboration with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
   
2. Collaboration: Foster effective communication across disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design elements within the BIM environment.
   
3. Clash Detection: Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution through review sessions and project coordination meetings.
   
4. Documentation: Produce accurate construction drawings, schedules, and reports derived from BIM models in accordance with project standards.
   
5. Model Coordination: Coordinate building components to optimize spatial efficiency and alignment with overall project models.
   
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular model reviews to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and adherence to best practices.
   
7. Training & Support: Provide BIM software training and workflow support to project teams, promoting continuous learning and effective BIM adoption.
   
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator.
  
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit).
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
