Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BIM Lead to lead multidisciplinary BIM projects for international clients and manage a team of 15-20 BIM professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical BIM expertise, project management capabilities, client-facing experience, and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining quality, timelines, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Project Leadership

• Lead and manage BIM projects for international clients across various sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
  
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs), workflows, standards, and quality assurance processes.
  
• Oversee BIM model creation, coordination, clash detection, and project delivery.
  
• Ensure compliance with client standards, industry best practices, and project requirements.
  
• Drive BIM innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  

Project Management

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close BIM projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, effort estimations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  
• Track project performance using KPIs and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  
• Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and profitability targets.
  
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 BIM Engineers, Coordinators, and Modelers.
  
• Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
  
• Conduct performance reviews, training sessions, and career development discussions.
  
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and learning-oriented team culture.
  
• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives.
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients.
  
• Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and technical reviews.
  
• Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service delivery.
  
• Understand client requirements and translate them into project execution strategies.
  
• Manage expectations and proactively address project challenges.
  

Quality & Process Excellence

• Establish and enforce BIM standards and quality control procedures.
  
• Conduct regular model audits and quality assessments.
  
• Ensure adherence to ISO processes and organizational best practices.
  
• Drive automation and efficiency improvements using BIM technologies.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in BIM project delivery within the AEC industry.
  
• Demonstrated experience handling international BIM projects.
  
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams of 15-20 resources.
  
• Strong project management and client management experience.
