Job Description - BIM Lead MEPF

Gsource Technologies, a prominent design -assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of a technically strong and leadership -driven BIM Lead – MEPF to manage end -to -end MEPF BIM project execution. The candidate
will lead the MEPF team, ensure adherence to BIM standards, coordinate across
disciplines, and deliver high -quality, clash -free, and construct able models
aligned with client expectations.

Position Title : BIM Lead – MEPF

Department : AEC BIM Operations

Location : Pune

Experience : 7+ Years

Employment : Full -Time

Responsibilities and Duties:

Â· Lead and manage the MEPF BIM
team across multiple international projects.

Â· Allocate resources and monitor
productivity, timelines, and quality.

Â· Ensure on -time and
within -budget project delivery.

Â· Conduct internal QA/QC reviews
prior to client submission.

Â· Oversee discipline -level
modeling (LOD 300–500).

Â· Ensure compliance with BEP and
project standards.

Â· Review shop drawings,
coordination drawings, and IFC models.

Â· Manage clash detection and
issue resolution workflows.

Â· Lead BIM coordination meetings
with clients and consultants.

Â· Develop and maintain BIM
standards, templates, and content libraries.

Requirements

Technical Skills Required

• Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEPF)

• Navisworks Manage

• AutoCAD

• BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

• Clash detection and coordination workflows

• IFC exports and model validation

• Understanding of construction sequencing

Educational Qualification

Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MEP background preferred).

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of BIM modeling experience.

• At least 2+ years in a leadership or team -handling role.

• Experience in US / international projects preferred.

• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial BIM projects.
