We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented BIM Modeler with expertise in creating and detailing reinforced concrete (RC) elements using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software (REVIT). You will be responsible for developing accurate and efficient 3D models for structural concrete components, ensuring seamless integration with the overall project design and construction process.

Create accurate rebar detailing within the BIM models, including bar sizes, spacing, and bending schedules.

Generate accurate quantity take-offs (QTOs) and material schedules for RC components to support procurement and fabrication.

Conduct clash detection analysis to identify and resolve potential conflicts between different building elements
