Position: Field Recruiter(BLue Collar Recruiter)
Exp – 1 – 3 years
Location –Delhi NCR

Job responsibilities:

·         Responsible for planning and execution of prospecting efforts towards lead generation through various outbound channels like poster activity, outbound campaigns, mass open houses, job fairs, social events, referrals of on-boarded candidates, college activity etc.

·         Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring

·         Build candidate pool/bench strength ensuring minimum onboarding of 30 per month from this channel.

·         In addition, support the Recruitment and HR team to build a network to attract candidates and build a strong on ground presence

·         Experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring

·         Should belong to the local area or have local area knowledge

·         Should be able to communicate in Local language

·         Mass recruitment; Blue collar hiring
