Job Description: As a Boarding Gate Executive/Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for managing the boarding process and providing assistance to passengers at the airport. Your main duties will include: - Greeting passengers and checking their boarding passes - Assisting passengers with their luggage and directing them to their designated boarding gates - Ensuring that all passengers are boarded in a timely and organized manner - Handling any inquiries or concerns from passengers in a professional and courteous manner - Collaborating with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and efficient boarding process - Communicating with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure all necessary procedures are followed - Maintaining a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff at all times - Following all safety and security protocols as per company guidelines - Providing assistance to passengers with special needs or disabilities - Handling any unexpected situations or disruptions to the boarding process with calmness and efficiency - Reporting any issues or incidents to the supervisor or airport authorities - Maintaining a clean and organized boarding gate area at all times Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected situations - Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is an asset - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage if necessary - Fluency in English and local language is required, knowledge of other languages is an asset - Must have a positive attitude and be a team player If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a keen interest in the aviation industry, we would love to have you join our team at Bluespirit.
