You will work closely with the airline and airport staff to ensure that all boarding procedures are followed accurately and in a timely manner. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting passengers at the boarding gate and checking their boarding passes - Assisting passengers with any questions or concerns they may have - Verifying passenger identification and travel documents - Ensuring that all passengers are in the correct boarding group and directing them to the correct boarding lane - Communicating any changes or updates to the boarding process to passengers and other staff members - Assisting with the boarding of passengers with special needs or disabilities - Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor at all times, especially during busy periods - Collaborating with other airport and airline staff to ensure a seamless boarding process - Adhering to all safety and security procedures and reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities - Providing exceptional customer service to all passengers and addressing any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Knowledge of airport and airline procedures is a plus - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
