ID:\n\nJR99130 BOI/BOP MDM Engineer\n\nOur vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for all.\n\nMicron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever.\n\nAs an AT Manufacturing Systems Change Engineer your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\n\n * The maintenance of manufacturing master data in compliance with company policies, workflow definitions and change management rules and expectations.\n * Knowledge on Change Management (ECR \u0026 ECN) Process.\n * Good experience in Siemens Team center \u0026 AWC.\n * Develop and maintain an expert level knowledge base with respect to the AT manufacturing systems, including but not limited to key Micron in-house solutions, Siemens Team Center, Siemens Op Center (Camstar) and Critical Manufacturing.\n * Liaison with IT. business and manufacturing to understand requirements and collaborate on system configuration integration, updates, and changes.\n * Assist in deployment of changes and improvements as needed.\n * Develop and maintain a solid understanding of PLM core competencies, especially as they relate to the management of changes in the manufacturing line and master data.\n * Communicate changes to the network as defined by established business processes.\n * Responsible for supporting and leading project tasks.\n * Maintain system configurations to meet defined expectations and business rules with quality and accuracy as paramount considerations.\n * Support and maintain the systems change management processes.\n * Solve customer issues on systems and configurations.\n * Liaison with AT Systems Frontier Team on continuous improvement activities as needed.\n * Collaborate with IT and manufacturing to test and verify changes and improvements.\n * Track, report, and drive improvements using metrics designed to measure effectiveness of the change management process.\n * Update and create key documentation to reflect changes, as necessary.\n * Train customers, support teams, and the business on system changes, new functionality, new change processes, etc.\n * Team with IT and Micron security to ensure the appropriate level of system access is made available to the correct team members.\n\n\n\nEducational Qualification:\n\nTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution in Control Systems, Electrical Engineering and Software Development.\n\n\n\nOR\n\n * Associates Degree/Technical Diploma (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and two (2) years of Control Systems, Electrical Engineering, Software Development, Data Analysis, Data Integration, and/or Manufacturing Process Optimization in a private, public, government or military environment.\n\n\n\nAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology from an accredited institution\n * Three (3) years experience working with manufacturing controls systems and/or master data management\n * Experience with Siemens Team Center or Critical Manufacturing MES\n * Project management experience\n * Database skills with SQL scripts and stored procedures\n\n\n\nJob Profile(s):\n\nSemiconductor Product Engineer 2 - Semiconductor Product Engineer 3\n\nRelocation level: (TBD)\n\nBefore Getting Started \nPlease review Micron\u2019s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
