Job Description - Booking & OTA Manager

We are
looking for a Booking & OTA Manager who will be responsible for
driving continuous hotel bookings through online platforms, direct
inquiries, OTA management, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization
. This role is critical for generating consistent revenue, improving hotel
visibility, increasing occupancy, and building a strong booking ecosystem
across all channels.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Strategy Mastery

  • Dynamic Pricing: Implement daily rate adjustments
    based on demand, seasonality, and competitor analysis to maximize RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).

  • Inventory Control: Manage room blocks and
    allotments to prevent overbooking while ensuring 100% occupancy during
    peak periods.

  • Forecasting: Analyze historical data and
    market trends to predict demand and set monthly revenue targets.

2. OTA & Channel Optimization

  • Platform Management: Full ownership of
    MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and OYO.

  • Content Excellence: Audit and refresh property
    listings (high -res images, SEO -friendly descriptions, and amenity updates)
    to improve conversion rank.

  • Parity & Compliance: Ensure strict rate parity
    across all platforms while strategically using coupons and "Flash
    Sales" to boost visibility.

3. Systems & PMS Oversight

  • Maintain the Channel
    Manager
    to ensure real -time inventory sync between the PMS and OTAs.

  • Utilize the PMS for
    guest profiling, billing accuracy, and streamlined check -in data.

4. Sales & Conversion

  • Direct Booking Growth: Turn phone, WhatsApp, and
    website inquiries into confirmed sales to reduce commission costs.

  • B2B Development: Forge partnerships with
    corporate clients, travel agents, and local tour operators for group
    bookings and long -stays.

5. Reputation Management

  • Monitor and respond to
    reviews across Google and OTAs to maintain a 4.0+ rating.

  • Implement strategies to
    encourage happy guests to leave positive feedback.
