Job Description - BPO Business Support Specialist

Develop and implement risk management frameworks, processes, and tools across the project portfolio \nIdentify, assess, and monitor risks at the project and portfolio level, and develop mitigation strategies \nSupport portfolio governance activities, including prioritization, resource allocation, and performance tracking \nPrepare and present risk and portfolio status reports to senior management and stakeholders \nCollaborate with project managers to ensure risks are properly managed and documented throughout the project lifecycle \nFacilitate risk workshops, training, and awareness sessions for project teams and stakeholders \nAnalyze portfolio data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement \nEnsure compliance with relevant regulatory, contractual, and organizational requirements \nSupport the development of business cases and project proposals from a risk and portfolio perspective \nPromote a risk-aware culture and continuous improvement in risk and portfolio management practices\n
