Position: Executive Recruiter / Senior Recruiter - BPO

Experience: 1–2 years in BPO recruitment (Executive)

                  3–6 years in BPO recruitment (Senior)

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented BPO
Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for customer service, voice,
non-voice, technical support, and back-office roles. The ideal candidate should
have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
while ensuring timely closures and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Source,
  identify, and attract qualified BPO candidates 
  
• Utilize
  a variety of sourcing methodologies to find top talent
  
• Build
  strong relationships with potential candidates
  
• Manage
  the recruitment process from initial contact to offer
  
• Maintain
  accurate records and reports
  
• Conduct
  bulk hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and campus recruitment activities
  as required.
  
• Maintain
  recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1 to
  5 years of experience in BPO recruitment 
  
• Strong
  understanding of BPO recruitment processes.
  
• Expertise
  in sourcing methodologies (e.g., Boolean search, social media recruiting)
  is add on advantage
  
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage
  stakeholder expectations across multiple levels.
  
• Target-driven
  and results-oriented
  
• Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency
  in MS Office Suite
