Job Description - BPO Team Lead

Greetings from I Learn Future...!
We are Hiring for a BPO Team Lead
Experience: 1.2-2yrs Experience as a Team Lead in Outbound (Sale/Collections) preferably from any Domestic BPO
Shift Pattern: Domestic Process (Day Shift 10am-7pm) 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
Salary: 3,80,000 TO 4,00,000 LPA
Location: Shanti Nagar and MG Road in Bangalore.
Age Criteria: 25 to 30 Years
Requirements:

Good command over written and verbal English and any 2 South Indian languages is mandatory (Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)
Candidate should have completed Any Graduation to apply

Responsibilities:

Should have knowledge on KRA (Attrition, Shrinkage)
Offering proactive assistance to team

Skills:

Empathy and Adaptability
Clear communication skills
Patience
Ability to work under pressure

NOTE: Both Male and Female can apply
