Branch Head - Jaipur

We’re looking for a Branch Head Jaipur to lead our Retail Sales efforts, driving growth, relationships, and regional strategy.

You’ll lead the business for Jaipur and nearby markets, shaping our presence and performance across distributor networks, mutual fund products, and strategic partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Lead retail sales for the Jaipur region, driving business growth across products.
• Strengthen DSP’s market share and brand presence across key channels and distributors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, business plans, and campaigns to achieve regional goals.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, IFAs, and key partners.
• Drive new business opportunities, onboarding, and revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify challenges, and implement corrective strategies to deliver results.

What You’ll Bring

• 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in mutual fund distribution or AMC sales.
• A deep understanding of retail distribution networks and investor dynamics.
• Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
• A results-driven mindset with analytical and execution excellence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA / CFP / equivalent qualification in finance or business.
• Strong product knowledge across mutual fund categories
