Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head / Workshop In -Charge to oversee the daily operations of a multi -brand automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality, and handling customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day -to -day workshop operations for multiple vehicle brands
  
• Lead, guide, and allocate work to technicians efficiently
  
• Monitor repair jobs to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
  
• Coordinate with spare parts team for timely availability of parts and tools
  
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain workshop cleanliness
  
• Track job progress and maintain operational reports
  
• Improve productivity and service efficiency within the workshop
  

• Minimum 5 +years
  of experience in automotive workshop operations
  
• Prior experience in a supervisory
  or managerial role preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of
  multi -brand vehicle servicing
  
• Good leadership and
  team management skills
  
• Excellent
  communication and customer handling abilities
  
• Ability to work under
  pressure and meet deadlines
  
• Diploma / Degree in
  Automobile Engineering or related field
  
• Strong problem -solving
  and decision -making skills
