The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining service quality, and handling customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day -to -day workshop operations for multiple vehicle brands
  
• Lead, guide, and allocate work to technicians efficiently
  
• Monitor repair jobs to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
  
• Coordinate with spare parts team for timely availability of parts and tools
  
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain workshop cleanliness
  
• Track job progress and maintain operational reports
  
• Improve productivity and service efficiency within the workshop
