Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of financial service professionals, providing ongoing coaching and development to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.

- Ensure efficient and accurate operations of all branch activities, including deposits, loans, and other financial services.

- Cultivate strong relationships with current and potential clients, and develop strategies to increase customer base and retention.

- Collaborate with other branch managers and departments to share best practices and drive company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years in a management role.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Knowledge and understanding of financial operations, products, and services.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
