As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing the complete branch ecosystem including sales performance, distributor relationships, team leadership, operational efficiency, and market development initiatives. The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with execution excellence while ensuring business targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability objectives are consistently achieved.
You will play a critical role in expanding market reach, improving channel performance, and driving revenue growth through effective trade activation, sales planning, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, operationally strong, and capable of managing teams in fast-paced and competitive market environments.

Lead and manage end-to-end branch operations including sales, distribution, trade marketing, and team performance.
Drive business growth by achieving branch sales targets, revenue goals, and market expansion objectives.
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational growth plans and regional business priorities.
Manage and strengthen distributor, dealer, retailer, and channel partner relationships.
Oversee General Trade (GT) operations and ensure strong market execution across assigned territories.
Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to improve product visibility, channel engagement, and sales conversion.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure efficient inventory management, stock availability, and supply chain coordination within the branch.
Drive secondary sales growth and improve market penetration through effective field execution.
Lead, mentor, and motivate branch sales and operations teams to improve productivity and performance.
