Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to
oversee branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer
service. Ideal for candidates with a strong background in banking or NBFC,
including retired banking professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  overall branch operations and performance

  business targets including loans, deposits, and revenue
  
• Lead
  and guide branch team members
  
• Ensure
  compliance with company policies and regulatory norms
  
• Handle
  customer relationships and resolve escalations
  
• Monitor
  daily activities, reports, and branch productivity
  
• Develop
  local market strategies to increase business
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5–10
  years of experience in Banking / NBFC
  
• MBA
  in Finance/equivalent preferred
  
• Strong
  leadership and team management skills
  
• Good
  knowledge of financial products and operations
  
• Excellent
  communication and customer handling skills
  

Preferred:

• Experience
  in NBFC sector
  
• Retired
  bank employees are highly preferred
