Job Summary

The Branch Manager
will oversee the operations of the stock broking branch, ensuring compliance
with regulatory requirements while driving business growth and profitability.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding
of financial markets, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch,
  ensuring efficient service delivery.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve
  sales targets and increase market share.
  
• Lead, mentor, and train branch staff to
  enhance performance and productivity.
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory
  requirements and internal policies.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with
  clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to
  clients and team members.
  
• Prepare and present reports on branch
  performance to senior management.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in stock broking or financial services, with at
least 2 years in a managerial role.
