Responsibilities:
Branch Leadership & Growth:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the branch team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed company sales and profitability goals for your assigned branch.
- Conduct regular market research and identify new business opportunities within your trade area.
- Ensure alignment with the company's overall growth strategy and contribute to local market expansion.
Financial Management & Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including accounting, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Review financial statements, analyze business performance metrics, and implement cost-saving measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Human Resources & Team Development:
- Source, recruit, and onboard qualified team members to build a high-performing branch team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for your team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that motivates employees and promotes retention.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Ensure exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with local businesses and community partners to drive new business Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) (a plus).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within a retail, sales, or service industry environment.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving ambitious goals.
- Strong understanding of modern management principles and best practices.
- Working knowledge of relevant industry laws and regulations
