We are seeking a high performing Branch Manager to drive mutual fund sales and expand market share across Jalandhar The role involves managing key distribution channels, building strong client relationships, and delivering consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive mutual fund sales through multiple channels including Banks, IFAs, Wealth Counters, National Distributors, and Direct Clients
Achieve business targets in terms of Net Sales, AUM growth, and market share expansion
Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners and key clients to drive long-term business
Identify new business opportunities and onboard new partners to expand distribution reach
Conduct regular meetings, product presentations, and training sessions for partners and clients
Track competitor activities and market trends, and provide actionable insights to internal teams
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and campaigns in the assigned territory
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of capital markets and mutual fund products
Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
Proven ability to drive sales in a target-driven environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 5+ years in Mutual Fund / Financial Services Sales
