Preference: Candidates with good exposure in BTL/ATL marketing.Team Size : Direct Reporting: 1, Indirect Team Size of 12-15 PeopleLocation: AndheriReporting To: Branch Manager / Regional Manager (Operationally) & Zonal Marketing Manager (Functionally)Job Responsibilities:Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales (Primary focus on lead generation and database management)Executing tie-ups, Promotional Activities and events in markets for primary lead generationUndertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in existing and new markets leading to lead generation and business outcomesManage Telemarketing and tele calling operations – in-house as well as outsourcedVendor Management, interfacing with creative and production agenciesManage the marketing department budget for the branchDesigning and producing marketing collaterals where neededOversee corporate communications and other business development activities for the branch
