Job Description - Brand & Social Media Designer

About the Role

Noise is looking for a Brand & Social Media Designer to join our team and help elevate our branded assets and content. This is a hands-on design role where you'll create engaging, on-brand visuals across social media, web, email, and digital ads, while leveraging AI-powered tools to speed up and enhance your creative workflow.

What You'll Do

Design engaging, brand-consistent creatives tailored for social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), websites, email marketing, and digital ads.
Maintain and evolve visual identity guidelines across all digital campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to translate social media trends and campaign strategies into impactful designs.
Develop illustrations, icons, layout templates, and other visual assets for daily content production.
Use AI-powered design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, Generative Fill) to brainstorm concepts, generate mockups, and accelerate production workflows.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or Digital Content Creator.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, including formats, dimensions, and optimal layouts for mobile viewing.
Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, with the ability to use them to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding and social media design work.
A strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and passion for internet culture and modern design trends.
Bonus: basic motion graphics/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut) and experience building visual style guides or branding packages from scratch.
