Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the
  company's brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategy across all
  channels
  
• Ensure brand consistency by
  creating and implementing brand guidelines and communication standards
  
• Design and manage corporate
  marketing materials, brochures, presentations, case studies, and success
  stories
  
• Manage and regularly update the
  company website and digital marketing assets
  
• Create engaging LinkedIn content
  and manage the company's as well as the Directors' LinkedIn profiles
  
• Plan and execute newsletters,
  marketing campaigns, and other corporate communication initiatives
  
• Coordinate product photography,
  videography, and content creation for digital and offline marketing activities
  
• Plan and execute branding for
  trade exhibitions, events, and customer engagement initiatives
  
• Coordinate with PR agencies,
  media partners, designers, photographers, and other external vendors to enhance
  brand visibility
  
• Identify opportunities for
  industry awards, publications, and media features
  
• Maintain a centralised repository
  of marketing assets including images, videos, presentations, brochures, and
  brand resources
  
• Drive corporate branding
  initiatives across offices, factories, and customer -facing environments
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Brand
  Management, Corporate Marketing, or Marketing Communications
  
• Prior experience in a B2B
  business environment is preferred
  
• Strong expertise in branding,
  content creation, corporate communication, and digital marketing
  
• Excellent LinkedIn copywriting
  and personal branding skills for senior leadership profiles
  
• Experience managing creative
  agencies, designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators
  
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe
  Creative Suite, or similar creative and marketing tools
  
• Excellent written, verbal, and
  presentation skills
  
• Creative mindset with strong
  attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
