About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of brand initiatives across multiple media brands. This role involves managing brand presence, engaging with communities, coordinating PR activities, and collaborating with influencers.   What you will deliver: 

• Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of multiple media brands within our portfolio.
• Community Management: Build and nurture vibrant online and offline communities around our brands, fostering engagement and loyalty.
• PR Coordination: Manage public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and event planning to ensure positive coverage and brand visibility.
• Influencer Collaboration: Identify and engage with influencers to amplify brand messages and reach new audiences. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key influencers.
• Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that aligns with brand values and resonates with target audiences.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives using key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels.
• Crisis Management: Develop and implement strategies to manage brand reputation during crises, ensuring timely and effective communication.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the web3 industry.
• Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute long-term brand strategies.
• Community Building: Proven experience in building and managing online and offline communities.
• PR Expertise: Solid understanding of public relations principles and experience in managing PR campaigns and events.
• Influencer Engagement: Experience in identifying, collaborating with, and managing relationships with influencers.
• Content Creation: Strong content development skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform brand strategies.
