We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Brand Manager (E-commerce) to own and grow our brand presence across digital and online commerce platforms. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, performance marketing, content, and customer experience. You will be responsible for building a strong, consistent, and commercially impactful brand that drives awareness, consideration, and conversion across e-commerce channels.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing brands in a fast-paced digital or D2C environment, understands the nuances of online consumer behavior, and can translate brand strategy into scalable digital execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Own the overall brand strategy for e-commerce, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Develop and execute annual and quarterly brand plans aligned with business and revenue goals.
Act as the brand custodian, ensuring all communication aligns with brand tone, values, and guidelines.
E-commerce & Digital Brand Execution
Lead brand presence across e-commerce platforms (own website, marketplaces, and app-based channels).
Collaborate with growth, performance marketing, and content teams to deliver high-impact brand-led campaigns.
Optimize product pages, brand stores, creatives, and content to improve brand recall and conversion.
Drive brand differentiation through storytelling, packaging narratives, and digital-first campaigns.
Campaigns & Marketing Communication
Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, and earned digital channels.
Work closely with creative agencies, designers, and content creators to produce compelling brand assets.
Lead seasonal launches, promotions, and brand moments tailored for e-commerce platforms.
Consumer Insights & Analytics
Track and analyze brand health metrics such as awareness, consideration, NPS, and engagement.
Leverage customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis to refine brand strategy.
Monitor campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with product, supply chain, growth, CRM, and sales teams to ensure seamless brand execution.
Coordinate with marketplace and platform teams to maximize brand visibility and impact.
Manage external agencies and vendors for creative, media, and brand initiatives.
Requirements & Skills
4–10 years of experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in e-commerce, D2C, consumer internet, or digital-first brands.
Strong understanding of online consumer journeys, digital marketing, and e-commerce ecosystems.
Proven experience building and scaling brands through digital channels.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creativity and performance metrics.
Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional internal teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ownership mindset.
