Brand Marketing Associate

BRAND ASSOCIATE || 5 - days work from office | Bengaluru

As a Brand Associate, you will support Seekho’s brand marketing initiatives across ATL, digital, and product-led channels. This role is designed for someone who thrives on execution, can think from first principles, and wants to learn brand building hands-on. You will directly support the GM by taking ownership of execution-heavy but high-impact projects that require creativity, coordination, and analytical sharpness.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Execution 

• Agency Coordination: Own day-to-day coordination with creative/media agencies, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Performance Tracking: Build dashboards, monitor campaign KPIs, and share insights for optimization.
• User Research & Surveys: Support design, execution, and reporting of NPS, brand track, and BLS studies.
• Creative Support: Assist in copywriting, localization (Hindi/vernacular), and creative feedback loops.
• Brand collaborations: Spearhead brand collaborations opportunities 

Product-led Growth Initiatives

• New Initiatives Support: Drive emerging projects like Glance content integration, WhatsApp channel management (content, surveys, engagement), and other upcoming brand initiatives.
• SEO & ASO Management: Support programmatic SEO, ongoing organic keyword/content updates, and App Store Optimization (creative refreshes, keyword tracking, ratings & reviews)

• First-Principle Thinker: Can break down complex brand/consumer problems into simple, actionable solutions.
• Execution-First Mindset: Strong project ownership, ensuring tasks get delivered on time with quality.
• Creative Eye: Passion for storytelling, content, and branding.
• Analytical Acumen: Basic comfort with Sheets/Excel, dashboards, and reporting.
• Cultural Curiosity: Understanding of Bharat’s Tier 2/3 audiences and how they consume media.
