Brand Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

  As the Brand Marketing Manager at our dynamic luxury skincare and beauty brand, you will orchestrate the conceptualization and execution of transformative brand campaigns. This role is who thrives on elevating brand presence,  Digital focused marketing, hero product strategy and pioneering new product launches. Your mission will be to amplify our brand’s voice and extend its reach, enhancing word of mouth and increasing our share of voice within the beauty industry.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Conceptualize and spearhead innovative brand campaigns each quarter, designed to significantly enhance brand visibility and stimulate conversation among our audience.

  Strategically plan and launch new products, ensuring they resonate with our target market and align seamlessly with our brand’s ethos.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive initiatives that increase brand word of mouth and share of voice, positioning our brand as a leader in the luxury beauty space.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead , organize and execute  compelling content and strategic marketing initiatives across various channels, including content, design, social media PR and commerce teams.

  Analyze industry trends and consumer insights to continually refine and adapt brand strategies for maximum impact.
  
  

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  At least 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within the beauty or luxury sector.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with a proven ability to conceptualize and execute effective marketing campaigns.

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and directing a creative team.

  Deep understanding of the beauty market, Online sales market with a keen sense of how to engage consumers and build brand loyalty.
