Job Description - Brand Partnerships - Senior Associate

We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Senior Associate who will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, brand partnerships, and business development.

In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, build long -term relationships with brands, and position the company's integrated marketing solutions across Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content, Social Media, and Creative Services.

Beyond acquiring new clients, you'll also be responsible for identifying opportunities to cross -sell and upsell services within existing accounts, helping build long -term partnerships and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Partnerships & Business Development

- Identify, approach, and acquire brands actively investing in digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders, and key decision -makers across industries.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, and market research.
- Generate new business opportunities while consistently working towards revenue targets.

Revenue Growth & Account Expansion

- Drive revenue by positioning the organization's full suite of marketing services to both new and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to cross -sell and upsell services including Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branded Content, Social Media Marketing, Creative Production, and Strategy.
- Maximize client lifetime value by expanding engagement across multiple campaigns and business units.

Sales Strategy & Client Consulting

- Understand client business objectives, marketing challenges, and campaign goals to recommend tailored marketing solutions.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and brand campaigns to proactively identify partnership opportunities.
- Position the agency as a long -term strategic marketing partner rather than a campaign execution vendor.

Proposal Development & Sales Presentations

- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and partnership decks supported by case studies, campaign insights, and market research.
- Present integrated marketing solutions confidently and effectively to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal Strategy and Creative teams to develop commercially viable proposals.

Negotiation & Commercial Agreements

- Lead discussions around campaign commercials, deliverables, timelines, and partnership terms.
- Negotiate commercial agreements that balance client expectations with business goals.
- Ensure campaign scope, commercials, and deliverables are clearly aligned before project execution.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and nurture long -term relationships with brand partners by understanding their evolving marketing priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor by recommending new campaign ideas, marketing opportunities, and collaboration formats.
- Ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Internal Collaboration & Campaign Alignment

- Work closely with Strategy, Campaign Management, Creator Partnerships, Performance Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide clear briefs and align internal teams with client expectations before campaign kickoff.
- Support campaign teams in resolving client concerns and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Market Insights & Strategic Growth

- Stay updated on trends across digital marketing, influencer marketing, the creator economy, and brand partnerships.
- Identify emerging industries, new business opportunities, and innovative campaign formats that can drive growth.
- Share regular pipeline updates, revenue forecasts, and market insights with leadership.

Who You Are

- 1–3 years of experience in Brand Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within a Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Advertising, Media, or Creative Agency.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and contributing to revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Brand Campaigns, and Integrated Marketing Solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build long -term client relationships while identifying cross -selling and upselling opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast -paced agency environment while managing multiple client conversations simultaneously.
- Commercially driven with strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach.
- Self -motivated, proactive, and passionate about building meaningful brand partnerships.

Working Days : Monday to Friday (Onsite) + Saturday Half Day (WFH)
