Job purpose

The profile will be responsible to lead the design and execution of brand flagship retail concepts in optical space, ensuring alignment with ZEISS's corporate branding and design standards. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to deliver impactful retail and event environments.  for Carl Zeiss India, Vision Care.

Main Accountabilities

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to tight timelines, corporate branding guidelines, and industry standards for optical retail concepts
• Develop brand space designs basis global guidelines and localized inputs from market, relevant to provide competitive edge to our optical customers.
• Recommend and support the execution of designs using a variety of fabrication materials; expertise in civil works is a plus.
• Utilize advanced design and rendering tools such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Lumion, VRay, or equivalent software to create high-quality 2D & 3D visualizations and models.
• Work closely with internal marketing, partnership, customer teams throughout the design process, from concept development to project completion, while ensuring alignment with global design teams.

Job Specifications

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, commercial retail design, or interior design, or equivalent experience
• Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in interior design for retail or commercial spaces 
  • Experience with AutoCad, 3D modelling, rendering(Lumion or VRay) and making presentation expertise on MS PPT
  • Demonstrated skill with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for 3D mockups of marketing materials.
  • Preferred exposure with MNC brands
  • Should have high attention to detail, good communication skills, able to handle critical feedback and is deadline oriented
