The agency has been operating for over two decades and focuses on strategy-led branding rather than high-volume digital marketing. It primarily works with B2B companies, startups, and enterprise brands.

Branding Designer Requirement

We are looking for a creative Branding Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in branding and visual identity design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
• Experience creating premium, timeless, and aesthetically driven brand identities rather than marketing creatives or social media posts.
• Candidates should have worked on end-to-end branding projects, including logo design, visual identity systems, typography, color palettes, brand guidelines, packaging, stationery, and other brand assets.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and how to translate a brand’s vision into a cohesive visual identity.
• A portfolio showcasing work for industries such as lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, architecture, real estate, design, fashion, premium consumer brands, or corporate branding will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience focused only on social media creatives, performance marketing, or digital ads will not be the right fit.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.
• Candidates should be genuinely interested in learning, experimenting with, and integrating AI into their creative workflows.

Work Details

• Work Schedule: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Work Mode: In-office in Gurgaon.
