Prepare and bake different types of breads, including bread, baguettes, sandwich bread, rolls, and speciality breads
Measure and mix ingredients as per recipes and production requirements
Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proffers
Monitor fermentation, proofing, and baking processes
Ensure consistency, quality, and freshness of products
Assist in inventory management and proper storage of raw materials
Coordinate with team members to meet production targets
Minimum 2+years of experience as a Bread Maker / Bakery Chef
Experience in commercial bakery, hotel, hypermarket, or large -scale production unit
Good knowledge of different bread varieties and baking techniques
Ability to work in a fast -paced environment
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Physically fit and flexible to work in shifts
Muslim and Christian candidates are eligible to apply.
Knowledge of Middle Eastern bread varieties
Experience in high -volume production
