As a Senior Associate in Product Development & Manufacturing - Digital Manufacturing, you will engage with clients to drive innovative solutions within our Management Consulting practice. Your role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful results in operations consulting, focusing on product development and manufacturing. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will be responsible for building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the delivery of quality solutions. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of digital manufacturing strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Conducting feasibility studies and market trend analysis to inform product development and manufacturing decisions
- Utilizing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes and reduce costs
- Managing product lifecycle from ideation to market launch, confirming alignment with go-to-market strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and embrace emerging technologies in manufacturing
- Developing and maintaining process documentation and simulation models to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Overseeing procurement and supply chain management to validate timely delivery of materials and components
- Analyzing manufacturing cost structures and implementing strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
- Guiding teams in the execution of product roadmap and positioning strategies to achieve growth objectives
- Supporting operations management by implementing effective production control and resource management practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
