As a BSCO-Experienced Associate - Payer - Health Transformation, you will engage with clients to drive strategic vision and operational improvements within the healthcare sector. You will be part of a team that supports global engagements, focusing on delivering results through analyses, insights development, and process optimization. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will collaborate with clients to enhance their core Payer functions, leveraging your understanding of operational performance and technology-driven business success.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will support project leads, facilitate meetings, and prepare recommendations on client issues. Your contributions will be vital in enabling decision-making and driving business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by conducting analyses and developing insights to drive strategic decision-making
- Preparing Excel models and analyzing extensive datasets to capture as-is processes and design to-be processes
- Organizing and preparing recommendations on client issues to facilitate informed decision-making
- Participating in project management activities, including work plan preparation and workflow redesign
- Assisting in the design and implementation of technology-enabled operating model transformations
- Engaging in research and storyboarding using GenAI to support project deliverables
- Conducting benchmarking and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate sustainable cost transformation alternatives
- Collaborating with client teams to drive operational and process improvements in healthcare payer functions
- Utilizing SQL and automation tools to support data-driven initiatives and outcomes
- Communicating technical insights clearly to business teams to support data governance practices
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
