Job Description: SAP BTP Admin + Joule – Support Project
Location: [Pune]
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities

Administer and manage SAP BTP landscape:

Subaccounts, global accounts, entitlements
User access, roles, and authorizations
Service provisioning and environment setup (Cloud Foundry / Kyma)

Develop and extend Custom Joule use cases:

Build AI-driven copilots for business processes
Integrate Joule with SAP applications (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.) (Good to have)
Design conversational workflows and prompts

Develop applications on SAP BTP:

CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model)
Node.js / Java-based services
APIs and microservices

Integrate BTP with SAP and non-SAP systems:

REST APIs, OData, Event Mesh
SAP Integration Suite (CPI)

Work on AI & automation capabilities:(good to have)

Joule extensibility
Generative AI integrations
Business process automation

Monitor system performance and ensure platform security & compliance

Perform transport management and lifecycle management across environments

Provide AMS/Production support:

Incident resolution (SLA-based)
Root cause analysis and optimization
Continuous improvements

Required Skills
SAP BTP Administration

Strong experience in:

Global account setup & subaccount management
Role collections & IAM
Service configuration (Destination, Connectivity, XSUAA)

Development Skills

Hands-on experience with:

CAP (Node.js / Java)
APIs (REST/OData)
SAP BAS (Business Application Studio)

Custom Joule Development

Experience in:

Building AI copilots using Joule
Prompt design and workflow orchestration
Integrating Joule with SAP apps and business processes

Integration & Cloud Skills

SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
Event Mesh / Messaging
API management
Exposure to hyperscalers (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Security & Governance

Identity & Access Management (IAS, IPS)
Role-based access control
Compliance and audit readiness

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Client-facing communication skills
Ability to work in AMS + implementation environments
Stakeholder coordination and reporting
